Experience/Skills:

  • Required skills 3-5 years in a professional office setting
  • Computer skills necessary: Word, Excel, data base operation
  • Customer-service orientation
  • Strong organizational skills

Job Summary:

The Associate Administrator Admissions for the School of Law is the primary initial contact for constituencies of the admissions office. The duties are in the nature of general administrative support and include such tasks as file managment, word-processing, preparing mailings, receiving visitors, answering phones, email correspondence, special event planning, hiring and supervision of student aids and maintaining a functional office for the School of Law. Must also have the abiltity to balance several competing demands at one time.
