Requirements

Education:

High School Diploma/GED required. Associate Degree or Trade School certification preferred.

Experience/Skills:

  • 3 to 5 years field experience in maintenance.
  • 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Goal oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize work (people, materials, customers).
  • Maintain good communication with internal/external personnel and customers.
  • Broad range of experience and knowledge in the maintenance field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise employees and direct workloads.
  • Provide clear/concise directions and expectations.
  • Excellent service is expected.

Job Summary:

The Team Leader Planned Maintenance will provide the leadership needed to organize the work and set priorities for the Maintenance Services staff. Provide supervision to Maintenance Techs and recommend supervision needs to the Associate Director.

  • Assign, track, troubleshoot, and follow-up on work orders to ensure work is completed and documented properly.
  • Expected to be a working leader.
  • Manage and resolve conflict and provide effective performance coaching.
  • Other duties as assigned.
