Bachelor's Degree preferred.


  • Five years in efficient management of an Administrative office.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, strong writing and editing skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, following the Leadership Challenge principles of: Inspire, shared vision, challenge the process, enable others to act, modeling the way, encourage the heart.
  • Ability to work independently within en empowered team, take action and bring solutions.
  • Supervision of student assistants' schedules and their time management.

Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant provides confidential executive support to the Executive Administrative Assistant to the Vice President for a broad and complex set of assignments.

  • Schedule appointments, greet visitors and answer phones, refer and/or take messages.
  • Establish yearly schedule for recurring meetings, assist in preparation and distribution of agendas, and reserve meeting locations.
  • Manage all purchasing requests and maintain files for credit card purchases. This include check requests, travel expense reports, and employment requests.
  • Supervise over 20 students, monitor time cards, track hours, and keep in alignment with student budget allocation.
  • Fill in for the Executive Administrative Assistant in her absence.
