The Programmer/Analyst will focus on helping to maintain the administrative database and software by way of customizations, new code, assisting users with requests and problems, and aiding in installation and setup of new and existing software.

• Assist with analyzing needs for administrative software and systems and help develop and manage the creation of procedures, queries, and programs.
• Troubleshoot and assist with problems arising from data entry, procedural, programming, and unknown errors.
• Assist with installing upgrades and extensions to VU administrative systems, and with revising rules, procedures, queries, and programs as necessary.
• Coordinate technical aspects of connecting users' workstations and printers, downloading information from the server to the client stations and incorporating it into local applications such as spreadsheets, word processing, and documents.
• Will assist with import and export of information from/to external agencies; such as local databases.
