Valparaiso University now invites nominations and applications for the position of Senior Associate Director of Alumni Relations. The Senior Associate Director of Alumni Relations is a new position within the department of Alumni Relations. The Senior Associate Director shall have responsibility for the development and execution of an alumni engagement strategy targeted to young alumni of the University (alumni that have graduated within the last 15 year). It is expected that the strategies and tactical programs will include engaging volunteers in on-and off-campus experiences; developing, in partnership with the Career Services office, programming that links alumni with current students; a revamp of the web-based engagement tools aimed at securing and keeping young alumni engaged with Valpo. The Senior Associate Director also will work with the Director of Alumni Relations and other colleagues on new enhanced alumni engagement strategies and programs for all other alumni.
