Access to Colleague administrative resources requires a number of steps related to permissions and security. You and your supervisor or department must submit a request to the Help Desk specifying what Colleague access is appropriate. If possible, include the name of another person with similar access.
Since account creation may take several days for Colleague authorizations to activate, supervisors can expedite the process by submitting requests up to seven days in advance of a new employee's start date.
Directions to access the Colleague software will be provided by the supervisor during training.
