To login to the lynda.com Online Training Library®, follow these instructions. Download this PDF for reference.

Creating Your Account

Accounts for all faculty, staff, and student already exist and use the same login information as other Valpo websites. To begin using the lynda.com Online Training Library(r), simply activate your profile by clicking on the image above. You can also click the lynda.com link at the bottom of any valpo.edu webpage.

When prompted, type in your ValpoNet username and password to login. The first time you access the site, you will be directed to the "enhance your profile" page to fill in additional information.

You can access this site from anywhere - whether on campus or off, anywhere in the world, anytime around the clock. You can also use a mobile device to access the site. Once logged in to lynda.com, you will be able to navigate the library by using the menus at the top of the page, or the footer at the bottom of the page. Additionally, you will have access to the full lynda.com Online Training Library®, including the features available to Valpo:

• create a queue similar to Netflix of courses you want to view;
• bookmark specific points in courses to retain for later reference;
• see your history of courses and videos viewed;
• view and print certificates of completion for courses you have finished;
• access the site using a mobile device;
• and much more!

Logging In With Your Account

Go to https://apps.valpo.edu/authentication/lynda/ or click the lynda.com link in the brown "Fast Finder" section of the "Faculty & Staff resources" webpage.

On the brown login page, enter your ValpoNet username and password and click the "Log In" button. You will be redirected to the lynda.com site.
