ellucian, formerly known as Datatel, is a third-party vendor who owns and supports the Colleague software product which is used to access the administrative database. The software is designed specifically for higher education. Colleague is used by the offices of Admission, Financial Aid, Registrar, Finance Office, Human Resource Services, Institutional Advancements, and others on campus who need access to information from one or more of those areas.
