1. On the main page of the CMS, navigate to the folder you want the PDF to be placed into by clicking on the folders. Each time you click on a folder it will open up below on the left hand side.
2. Click on the 'New' tab on the Blue Menu Bar at the top of the screen.
3. Navigate with your mouse to Default, then over to File and finalize your selection by clicking on file.
4. Within the Content area of 'New File', you will find an Upload area and a Text area to fill in. In the Upload area, click on the browse button to find the PDF file you want to upload. Please add a description in the Text area.
5. Click on the Metadata tab and complete the Display Name, Title and Summary (alt text) portions of the form.
The other portions of the form are not necessary to fill out. The will provide additional information on images or files uploaded to the CMS.
6. Click on the System Tab and give the image a System Name. Confirm the Parent Folder. If this is not where you would like the file to reside, you can click on the name of the folder and browse to the desired location.
7. When you are finished, please click on the Submit button and you will be returned to the Dashboard.
8. Now you can publish the PDF by going to the Publish area of the website.
