If you've forgotten your password, or it's no longer working to allow you to login to Valpo websites, please try the hints below. For security and privacy reasons, we do not have the ability to send you a copy of your current password.
If these methods don't work, please visit the Help Desk (located on the first floor of the Christopher Center) with your photo ID and request a password reset. For security and privacy reasons, we cannot provide your login information without verifying your identity. If you are unable to visit campus, please contact the Help Desk to see if there is an alternate method to verify your identity.
If you try to sign in unsuccessfully too many times, your account will be temporarily locked and you will need to bring a photo ID to the Help Desk for a password reset.
If you repeatedly get bounced back to the sign-in screen, with no message about an incorrect username or password, please notify the Help Desk - this may indicate a problem with the system that we would need to fix.
