Hours

IT Help Desk hours are as follows: 

Easter Weekend 2008:

Maundy Thursday, March 20: 8am-9pm
Good Friday, March 21: University closed
Holy Saturday, March 22: Help Desk closed (though CLIR will be open)
Easter Sunday, March 23: Help Desk closed (though CLIR will be open)

Regular semester hours resume on Monday, March 24, and are noted below.

Regular semester hours:

Sunday: 12noon-12midnight
Monday: 8am-12midnight
Tuesday: 8am-12midnight
Wednesday: 8am-12midnight
Thursday: 8am-12midnight
Friday: 8am-9pm
Saturday: 10am-6pm

Hours may not apply during semester breaks, holidays, or semester interims.  Variations on hours are available on the Help Desk phone tree: 464-5678, option 1.

Regular IT Help Desk summer hours:

Sunday: 2-10pm
Monday: 8am-10pm
Tuesday: 8am-10pm
Wednesday: 8am-10pm
Thursday: 8am-10pm
Friday: 8am-5pm
Saturday: closed
