Emergency Telephone Specifications: General Requirements
Planning & Implementation
EIS Telecommunications must be consulted before any specific project can be considered completed in its planning, implementation, and sign-off phases. Since Emergency Telephones are a campus safety item all involved in campus security should be consulted for any plans regarding installation or modification of emergency telephone locations.

Certification:
Installers must be vendor certified for any equipment used. Vendor best practices and guidelines MUST be followed at all times. Any deviation from this must be approved in writing by EIS.
