Communications Outlet Specifications: General Requirements

General
Most campus buildings have typical rooms or spaces such as individual offices, shared offices, classrooms, conference rooms, lobby areas, and special spaces specific to the function of each building. The number of communications outlets and the location of the outlets are defined for these typical rooms. Communications outlet configurations for special areas will be determined on a case by case basis. In all cases, final communications outlet configurations must be approved by EIS Network Services and EIS Telcommunications Services.
