Training Alcove in CCLIR has New Power Panel

Reaching the on/off controls for the projector in the Christopher Center training Alcove no longer requires standing on your tiptoes to reach the projector. Lab and Classroom Support Specialist Matt Smith says you can easily reach the new control panel that is on the wall next to the instructor's workstation. Press and hold for 3 seconds to power the projector on or off. Also, you will find a blank screen button on the same control panel, allowing you to blank out the screen while you set up your presentation. Contact Jen Gregory for reserving the Alcove.

New Projectors Available for Faculty/Staff Checkout

Four new data projectrs are available for faculty and staff to check out through the Media library, first floor of the Christopher Center. These are NEC VT-700 models, top-notch portable projectors similar to those used in some classrooms as permanent projectors.
