Q: Can I submit a service request online?

A: Yes, you can! To submit an online request, go to the Online Service Center at https://www.valpo.edu/it/osc. Login with your ValpoNet username and password. In the left-hand side navigation listing, click the link for HEAT Self Service. You do not need any additional login information.

Once the page loads, you can create a new request by clicking the link for “New Issue.” Simply describe your situation, and it will automatically be entered in our service request tracking system. You will also immediately get your tracking number.

Q: Can I check the status of requests under my name?

A: Yes, you can! Login to HEAT Self Service the same way, and as soon as you login, you will see a listing of all requests entered under your profile. You can click on any of them to see their status and read associated notes. You can also enter a new note for any open request.
