When you are scheduling a group appointment, such as a meeting, you can perform a Busy Search to compare availability of your contacts.  In a New Appointment window choose the contacts to whom you wish to send the appointment and the day and time for the appointment.  Click the Busy Search button and GroupWise will list the availability of the chosen contacts for that time.
