What are the Help Desk hours for the end of the semester?
IT Help Desk hours for May 2009 are as follows.
- Monday 5/4 through Friday 5/8: 8:00am to midnight
- Saturday 5/9: 9:00am to midnight
- Sunday 5/10: noon to midnight
- Monday 5/11: 8:00am to midnight
- Tuesday 5/12: 8:00am to 10:00pm
- Wednesday 5/13 through Friday 5/15: 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Saturday 5/16 & Sunday 5/17: closed
- Monday 5/18: 9:00am to 5:00pm
IT Help Desk regular hours for Summer 2009 begin on Tuesday 5/19 and are as follows.
- Sundays, 2:00 to 10:0pm
- Mondays through Thursdays, 8:00am to10:00pm
- Fridays, 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Saturdays, closed
The IT Help Desk will be closed on Monday, May 25th in observation of Memorial Day, and Friday, July 3 in observation of Independence Day. Regular summer hours may not apply during summer session breaks and holidays. Variations on the posted summer hours are available on the Help Desk phone tree: 464-5678, option 1.
Is there a place on campus to get passport photos taken?
Getting a passport or visa can be confusing and stressful when a trip is on the line. We are pleased to announce that coming this fall you will be able to obtain your digital passport photo at the OneCard ID Office.
Your digital passport photo experience will take mere moments without having to leave campus. Just one more new service feature provided to the VU community from your OneCard Office. Look for more information coming soon.
