Need a place to live? Just talk to Darlene Leatz, our admissions office "concierge." Every year she compiles a comprehensive list of many of the rental properties in town. So, even if you don't know Valparaiso, with our Housing Guide and Darlene's help, you should not have any trouble finding the perfect housing arrangement.

The 2005 Valpo Law Student Housing Guide is now available on-line (a paper copy is automatically sent to every admitted law student). These are PDF files, so make sure you allow them to completely load before navigating through them.

We have broken down the Housing Guide into two sections for purposes of downloading the PDF files: (1) Apartments and (2) Houses, Duplexes, and Townhomes.

Need help finding a roommate?  Just fill out a Roommate Questionnaire and mail it back to us at Valparaiso University School of Law, Admissions Office, Wesemann Hall, Valparaiso, IN 46383.

Feedback on the Valpo Housing scene:

"Darlene-  I just wanted to let you know that, through the Housing Guide, I have already managed to find an apartment that I am nothing short of THRILLED to be renting for next year!  It seems like a great location and the landlords seem like they will be terrific.  The Housing Guide you put together was extremely helpful; as I was looking at other law schools, I was inquiring as to their housing arrangements, and no other school had a guide that was as comprehensive and user-friendly.  It made my search for my new home much easier and more enjoyable.  So, I'm a Housing Guide success story; and from a student that, without the guide, would have been absolutely clueless, that is saying a lot!"

-From an incoming first year student for the class of 2003
