Tuition Deposits

Your tuition deposit is your formal acceptance of our offer of admission. Since the tuition deposit is not refundable, you should only submit a deposit if you are sure that you will be coming to Valpo Law.

Here is how our tuition deposit works:

The total amount of the deposit is $500.

You can chose to pay your tuition deposit either:

1) in two equal $250 installments, the first due April 1 and the second due June 1.

2) in one lump sum of $500, due April 1.

You may make your payment using a check, cash (in person payments only, do not send cash), or credit card (Mastercard, Visa or Discover Card).

To pay by check, simply send your check, made payable to Valparaiso University School of Law, to:

Valparaiso University School of Law
Admissions Office, Wesemann Hall
656 S. Greenwich St.
Valparaiso, IN 46383

To pay using your credit card, either

1) call Beth Heinold at 1-888-ValpoLaw and she will take your information over the phone, or 2) print the credit card payment form, fill it out, and send it to the address above.

Tuition Deposit Extensions: We do not grant payment extensions for applicants admitted more than two weeks before the April 1 deposit due date. Applicants admitted after April 1 have two full weeks from the date of admission to pay their tuition deposit.

Applicants who fail to pay their tuition deposits assume the very real risk of losing their seat as well as any offered scholarship award.

Questions? E-mail Beth Heinold, or call her at 1-888-ValpoLaw
