Operating like a small law firm, students in the Tax Clinic represent taxpayers in actual cases before the IRS and U.S. Tax Court. In addition to learning substantive tax procedure, students have the opportunity to practice valuable lawyering skills including case development, interviewing, negotiating, and time billing.”
