TUITION DEPOSITS

The full tuition deposit is an incoming student's formal acceptance of Valparaiso University School of Law's offer of admission. Admitted students are expected to pay  $250 of the full $500 deposit no later than April 1.  Those admitted after April 1 have two weeks from the date of admission to pay the first $250 of the tuition deposit.  An admitted student who does not pay the tuition deposit by the deadline dates will be withdrawn and forfeit his or her seat in the class. Once a student matriculates, the tuition deposit is applied to the tuition bill.  The tuition deposit is not refundable.

The total amount of the tuition deposit is $500 which can be paid:

  1. In two equal $250 installments, the first due April 1 and the second due June 1, or
  2. In one lump sum of $500, due April 1.

Tuition deposit payments can be made by the preferred method of credit card (Mastercard, Visa or Discover Card) or, by personal check or a money order.
