The total cost of the program, including flights, accommodations, tours and other fees is $4950. The accommodations come with breakfast, but students will have to pay for their own lunches and dinners on most days. A non-refundable $500 deposit is due by Tuesday, September 1. Final payments are due Friday, January 22.
Once paid, those payments can only be refunded to the extent that the grounds for cancellation are covered by the travel insurance policies that the Law School purchases in connection with the trip. Travel insurance policies do not cover all contingencies and students bear some risk of last-minute cancellations. The price the students pay reflects the costs associated with the program. The University reserves the right to cancel the program if it determines that travel to the area is not safe. In such circumstances, the University will work with our insurers to recover for the students as much of their costs as possible.
