International environmental law scholar joins faculty

Being welcomed to Valparaiso University School of Law this fall is Brady Coleman, visiting assistant professor of law, a legal scholar with experience in international environmental law.

Professor Coleman has taught legal research and writing as an assistant professor at South Texas College of Law since 2002 and prior to that was a law fellow at the National University of Singapore. He has served on the executive committee of the Asia-Pacific Centre for Environmental Law, where he focused on issues involving climate change and ozone.

Professor Coleman earned his law degree from Columbia University School of Law, a master’s degree in applied linguistics from the University of Leicester and a bachelor’s degree from Amherst College. He is co-author of “Statutory Interpretation and Case Analysis.”
