Law Clinic now accepting new cases

The Law Clinic at the Valparaiso University School of Law, which provides free legal representation to individuals with limited income who otherwise could not afford it, is now accepting new cases.
The Law Clinic represents low-income Porter County residents in cases such as divorce, guardianship, adoption, landlord/tenant disputes and federal tax controversies involving the Internal Revenue Service. Clients must meet income eligibility guidelines.
Clients are represented by Valparaiso law students who are supervised by School of Law faculty.

The Law Clinic was founded in 1965 and has offered critical legal services to thousands of qualifying residents of Northwest Indiana during the past four decades.
