Professor Geneva Brown presented a paper at the Northeast People of Color (NEPOC) conference at SUNY Buffalo Law School earlier this month.  Her title is “Behind Enemy Lines: State Sponsored Racial Repression in the War on Drugs, Mass Incarceration and the Creation of the Prison Industrial Complex.”

Professor Zachary Calo recently gave a talk entitled "Torture, Liberalism and the State of Exception" at the University of Connecticut School of Law as part of their Human Rights in the USA Conference.

Assistant Professor David Herzig's latest article entitled, "Carried Interests: Can They Effectively be Taxed?" was recently listed on SSRN's Top Ten download list for Tax Law & Policy Journals.

Professor Ed Gaffney will give a presentation on the panel entitled  "Holocaust Restitution Claims:  Courtrooms, ADR, or US Restitution Commission," as part of the Second Annual Art Litigation and Dispute Resolution Institute, which is being held in New York City in November.
