The Valparaiso University Law School offers a Master of Professional Studies in Law (MPSL) program that provides working professionals looking to expand, supplement or advance their careers with a unique opportunity to earn a Master’s degree. There are three concentrations to choose from:
- Health Law
- Business Law
- Criminal Law
The MPSL program is flexible, with courses offered both on-line and in the classroom. Completion of the MPSL program requires a total of 28 credits, which can be completed in as little as 4 semesters. Students have up to five years to complete their coursework.

The program has been approved by the Illinois State Board of Higher Education, the MPSL Program will operate under the umbrella of Valparaiso University Law School, with close collaboration with Valparaiso University Graduate School.
