Office of Admissions – Spring Travel Update

Throughout the spring semester, the Assistant Directors travel to various Graduate/Professional/Law School Fairs, Career Fairs, undergraduate personal visits, and pre-law club presentations across Indiana, Illinois, and the Greater Chicagoland area. Prospective applicants interact with us face-to-face to discuss Valparaiso Law’s personal learning and teaching, clinic and skills-based learning, and the practical experience opportunities available through the Externship and Law Clinic Programs. Assistant Directors encourage all prospects to apply and provide guidance in completing the application requirements. During recruitment travel, we engage with pre-law advisors by providing them with news updates and discussing their students’ fit at Valparaiso Law.

Between January and March, we attended a total of eleven events and met with 90 Valparaiso Law prospects seeking admission to Valparaiso Law for 2013 or beyond.
