Valparaiso University Law Review Symposium

The 2007 Valparaiso Law Review Symposium, titled Electronic Privacy in the Information Age, will take place on February 22, 2007. The Symposium will tackle pertinent topics regarding privacy concerns surrounding email, the Internet, cell phones and other emerging technology. Ideal topics would concern Constitutional issues (i.e., the 4th Amendment) and how existing law is currently tackling such issues as cell phone tracking, web searches, and even wire tapping. Additionally, inadequacies of the current law in tackling emerging concerns would also be relevant.
