Andrew S. Boutros, Assistant United States Attorney, Northern District of Illinois
Andrew S. Boutros is an Assistant United States Attorney in Chicago with significant experience handling corporate criminal investigations, both as a prosecutor and defense attorney. He will be speaking in his personal capacity on his recent co-publication regarding the “carbon copy” prosecutions of global anti-corruption laws, especially the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), published in the University of Chicago Legal Forum. Mr. Boutros is also Co-Chair of the ABA’s Global Anti-Corruption Task Force, a co-sponsor for this event.
