Quality of Life Survey

Tell us how we are doing & be entered into a drawing to win a $50 gift card for you
a party for your Residence Hall and/or your floor.

We realize this is a busy period of the semester for you, but we would like to ask for about 10-15 minutes of your time. We would like for you to complete this important Quality of Life Survey for the Office of Residential Life. The information you provide is important for two reasons:

1) to obtain your assessment of the quality of life you are experiencing in your residence hall, and

2) to help evaluate the performance of our Residential Life staff. The information you provide will be used to help enhance future programs and services.

All responses to the survey will remain anonymous. Please be assured that the information you provide will be shared with the Residential Life Staff members only in composite form (staff will not see individual responses from residents). Your feedback is important to us, so please complete all the questions on the survey.

IN APPRECIATION of you taking the time to complete this survey, at the end of the survey, you will have the opportunity to be entered in a drawing for one of four $50 gift certificates to the University Bookstore. Also, additional incentives: the building with the highest completion percentage will receive additional funding to their house council for a building-wide party AND the floor with the highest completion percentage will receive money for a floor party.

Follow this link to complete our survey:

Thank you, again, for your time & feedback.
