Author's name (or publishing organization name). Date of internet publication (or date of last update). Document title. Date of access <URL>.

Example:
USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service- Plants Database. January 25, 2008. Aloe ferox Miller. January 25, 2008. <http://plants.usda.gov/cgi_bin/plant_profile.cgi?symbol=ALFE2>.

Please note that on this example, the date of publication and the date of access are the same since these are database generated pages. They are noted as such on the web pages when accessed.
