"I
agree to the following principles, guidelines, and conditions
for my participation in Light in Thy Light Youth Retreat at Valparaiso
University, June 25-27, 2006."
I
promise to:

Conduct myself in a manner that reflects my faith in Christ Jesus.
- Participate
fully in Light in Thy Light.

Respect
those who have been called as leaders and follow their instructions.
(This includes my pastor, youth counselors, Valparaiso University
staff and special guests.)
- Respect
and take care of the physical property of Valparaiso University. (see guidelines)
- Build
others up rather than tear them down and seek the forgiveness
of those whom I have wronged.
Any
violation of the Retreat Guidelines may result in your dismissal
from the Light in Thy Light Retreat. All final decisions will
be made in consultation with the Director of the Retreat, congregation's
leader(s).
After
reading and agreeing with the above five points, the results of
any violations of the covenant , and the guidelines on the reverse
side, I sign this document in the presence of my fellow sisters
and brothers in Christ and youth leaders praying that God will
enable me to carry them out.
