Admission requirements for international students

• Completed International Student Graduate Management Application (you must submit this form online for the MBA program - please DO NOT print it out and mail it to us).
• $50.00 Application Fee - you may pay this online at the end of the online application, or you can send cash, check, or money order payable to Valparaiso University (please mail to the MBA Office at address below)
• 2 Letters of Recommendation. Free form letters may be emailed directly to our office at mba @valpo.edu. Students may also choose to use the following form.
• TOEFL 575 (230 computer or 90 iBT) or IELTS Level 6.5.
• Cover Letter. A one-page personal statement that states what you hope to achieve by receiving an MBA from Valpo. This can be emailed directly to our office at mba@valpo.edu.
• Original, translated copies of all official transcripts from all undergraduate/post-undergraduate institutions. These transcripts must be mailed in a sealed envelope directly to our office from the institutions.
• An original,translated Degree Certificate (showing completion of degree) mailed in a sealed envelope directly to our office from the institution.
• GMAT. Valparaiso University's institution code is 1874. To register for the GMAT or for more information, please go to www.gmat.com. Please note a minimum score of 500 is required.
• Affidavit of Financial Support. This Affidavit indicates that you have the full cost of studying at Valparaiso University available to you. The form can be found here.
• A copy of a current passport showing your full name and date of birth.
• All application materials are due no later than two months prior to the intended start date and can be mailed directly to:
