Biography

Doug Tougaw is a Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering and the Richardson Professor of Engineering at Valparaiso University.  He arrived at Valparaiso in 1996 and served as department chair of Electrical and Computer Engineering from 2001 to 2009.  He is actively involved in the first-semester engineering course GE 100, helped to create the multidisciplinary senior design project courses GE 497 and GE 498, and is the co-chair of the steering committee for the Master of Engineering Management degree.
