All Graduate Programs at Valparaiso University are billed per credit hour, not at an annual tuition rate. For 2009-2010, the MBA tuition rate is $640 per credit hour. This means that for the 2009-2010 Academic Year a student qualifying for the 38 credit MBA Program would pay a total of $24,320. Please note that tuition per credit hour is typically increased every year or every other year, so the overall cost of the program may increase slightly from the time a program is started until the time it is completed.
For the 2009-2010 Academic Year the tuition cost per credit hours is as follows:
When a student is enrolled in a mixed course load (i.e. they are enrolled in both Law courses and MBA courses) they will pay the lesser of either the per credit hour rate for the number of credits being taken that semester in each program, or the full-time JD tuition rate for that same semester. The maximum a student taking a mixed course load will be charged is the one semester full-time JD tuition rate. A JD/MBA student enrolled in only JD courses or only MBA courses will pay the appropriate per credit hour or tuition amount for the school in which they are enrolled.
