Office of Multicultural Programs Scholarships

Book Assistance Program



     The Valparaiso University Alumni Association (VUAA) Board of Directors established a discretionary fund to assist American minority students to purchase required textbooks. The program is funded by the VUAA board members and coordinated by the Offices of Alumni Relations and Multicultural Programs. Priority may be given to students who have not received funding in the past or are involved in OMP/Diversity on campus.

     The goal of this scholarship is to promote student success and retention by assisting full-time, undergraduate, first-generation college students, who demonstrate financial need,achieve their educational dream.
