J.B. George is an Instructor in the Valparaiso University Department of Music where he teaches organ and assists with chapel music. He graduated summa cum laude from Wheaton College Conservatory of Music in 1995. He earned the Master of Music degree from Indiana University in 1997, where he served as an associate instructor. Mr. George has also taught organ on the faculty of the Wheaton College Conservatory. His organ teachers have included Edward Zimmerman and Larry Smith. As a church musician, Mr. George has served Lutheran and Presbyterian parishes in Indiana. He is a past dean of the Northwest Indiana Chapter of the American Guild of Organists.
