Jeff Hazewinkel is the Director of Operations for the Valparaiso University Center for the Arts. A 1989 graduate from V.U. with a degree in Music Business, Mr. Hazewinkel has been managing performing arts facilities for more than twelve years, and has been at the VUCA since 1996. He serves the Department of Music as the tour manager, calendar coordinator and as the producer of VUCAMedia, the Department's recording label. He also is the primary recording engineer and digital music editor. Many student assistants work under his supervision in the areas of facility, concert, and recording operations. Beyond the VUCA, he also serves occasionally as a consultant in technical theatre systems and design for organizations throughout the mid-western United States.
