Ali Schulz-Malayter is the co-owner and administrator for a neuromonitoring company located in Valparaiso, IN. She received a B.S.N. degree from Valparaiso University in 1986, an M.S. degree from Purdue-Calumet in 1992, and a M.B.A. degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1995. Prior to being a small business owner, Schulz-Malayter served as the Chief Operating Officer of Lakeshore Bone & Joint Institute in Chesterton, IN. In 2007, she and her husband, Dr. James Malayter, and daughter Aislinn moved from Indiana to Bonita Springs, FL. During this time, she worked for The Zehr Center for Orthopedics in Naples, FL. The Malayter family returned to northwest Indiana the fall of 2010. Schulz-Malayter is excited to be returning to the College of Nursing National Council.
