American Society of Directors of Volunteer Services: Site for the professional organization for directors of volunteer services in health care, including volunteer and membership information.

America's Promise: America's Promise is dedicated to bringing five fundamental resources to at-risk children who need them. Find out more on their website.

Break Away: Break Away's mission is to train, assist and connect campuses and communities in promoting quality alternative break programs that inspire lifelong active citizenship.

Campus Outreach Opportunity League: COOL helps college students start, strengthen, and expand community service programs. Site includes information about the group and its programs.

Energize Inc. - Susan Ellis: Resources for volunteer program management and development.

Indian Campus Compact:A Consortium of 31 college and University Campuses Promoting Community Service and Service Learning.

National Service News: National Service News is an opportunity to learn about national and community service throughout the country.

The Points of Light Foundation: The POLF wants to engage more people in active volunteer service. Site includes information on how to get involved, awards programs, and training.  The site also includes information on National Volunteer Week.

Porter County United Way : The United Way of Porter County is a county-wide effort to address health and human service needs. The United Way brings together many people; donors, volunteers, businesses, unions and agencies - to work on solutions to urgent problems like domestic violence, homelessness and poverty.

Project America: Project America teaches people to take positive steps to creates partnerships between volunteers and organizations. Web site includes volunteer opportunities and resources.

Random Acts of Kindness: The Random Acts of Kindness Foundation inspires people to practice kindness and to "pass it on" to others.
