Biography

Dr. Tyree has been with the university since 1996.

Her duties include coordinating the Physical Education Teacher Education Program, teaching major classes in Physical Education, including elementary and secondary methods, foundations of physical education, outdoor education and health seminars.  She also supervises student teachers in the field; advises Physical Education Teacher Education majors, and general education classes. Additional duties include curriculum development, design  and implementation of new courses, and conducting research in teaching and sport pedagogy (acquisition of new technology appropriate to the field of physical education).
