Three faculty members have been selected as recipients of the VU Alumni Association's Faculty Development Awards to continue their development as teachers and scholars.

Prof. Carolyn Brunson, instructor in physical education was selected.  Ms. Brunson is pursuing an doctorate in the psychology of sport, with plans to conduct research on the link between social relationships and development/motivation processes in physical activity setting, especially in high school and college student peer relationships.
