    • why you would like to study Physics and/or Astronomy
    • how such an opportunity would fit into your present interests and future goals
    • your previous experience in laboratory or research work

    (3) Below, please provide the name and school e-mail address of a high school science or math teacher who is familiar with your abilities and can provide a letter of recommendation. We will contact your teacher and give him or her instructions for submitting this letter.
