Prof. Gregg Johnson has published an article in the June 2012 issue of the journal Economics, Management, and Financial Markets. The article, entitled, "Policy Change in Presidential Democracies: The Differential Determinants of Market-Oriented Reforms in Latin America," explores how international pressures, domestic economic crisis, and political and civil-society actors influence the process of market-oriented reform in Latin America.
