University Key Control Policy (PDF)

When work requests are placed for the issuance of key(s) or a recore, all departments pay for the stock involved (new core(s) and keys). Auxiliary accounts are charged for labor and material. These charges appear on the budget report and are identified as MATERIAL ISSUE.
