While the IT Help Desk currently has no openings on our team for the 2012-13 academic year, we are always interested in looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals who have some degree of technical fluency. New student consultants are provided training on various university systems, ticket processing, customer service methodologies, and troubleshooting processes in preparation for their first shift at the IT Help Desk. The student consultant position is a great on-campus job for students of all majors and for students of various technical skill capabilities.

Applications are accepted year-round and kept on file for one year from receipt so that we can generate candidate pools as positions become available. We use the same application for three major student employment areas in IT (Help Desk, OneCard, and Tech Support). Please indicate on the application if you are applying for a particular position.
