Fitness and Wellness
Whether working with free weights or building your cardiovascular system on treadmills, you'll have access to helpful equipment on campus. Have fun maintaining fitness through participation in a variety of organized activities ranging from dancing to yoga lessons. Instruction is offered in activities such as:

I got involved in intramurals as a freshman and it really helped me get to know other students in my residence hall. Intramurals are a lot of fun. You can try something you've never done before in a way that's laid back but still competitive.
