Our office also employs nearly 200 employees in various capacities. Students serve as building supervisors, life guards and service area attendants in Athletics-Recreation Center. Students can also serve as sport officials and sport coordinators. For students looking to stay in shape opportunities to teach fitness and swimming classes also exist. The Recreational Sports Office provides a wide range of employment opportunities, which can be based around every student's interest.
I got involved in intramurals as a freshman and it really helped me get to know other students in my residence hall. Intramurals are a lot of fun. You can try something you've never done before in a way that's laid back but still competitive.
