Leadership Development
The Recreational Sports office provides a wide range of opportunities for student leadership and development. Students not only participate in our programs but they also officiate and coordinate our activities. Students are the backbone of our program. Further opportunities for student leadership exist through our Intramural Advisory Council. Various students represent the Advisory Council from diverse campus backgrounds and they serve as student input into the Recreational Sports program. Students also play an active role in our program by serving as intramural managers or team captain whose role is to keep team members up to date on all of the recreational events on campus.
