All students who are planning to graduate in May or August, should attend the Grad Finale on March 29, 2012. Representatives from several areas will be there to assist students to prepare for graduation, commencement and post graduation. 

Important items at this event include:

• Order your cap and gown for the ceremony through the University Book Center.

•  Order your graduation announcements and class ring through Jostens.

• Review your degree information and diploma name with the Office of the Registrar.

• Receive commencement instructions from Integrated Marketing and Communications (IMC). 

• Take advantage of career information provided by the Career Center.  Avoid long lines and take the Career Center   
       Survey online, click here:  Career Survey

• Receive information regarding exit interviews and loan repayment from Financial Aid.

• Ensure all financial obligations are taken care of with Student Accounts.

• Sign your Class Banner with Alumni Relations.

    Notify the Office of the Registrar if you will not be attending the May Commencement Ceremony by sending an email to registrar@valp.edu.


If you are unable to attend Grad Finale, you must take care of these important items before commencement by contacting the departments directly.
